Founded in 1971, Alt Company, Realtors opened its doors in the Grandview Community later moving to German Village. At the helm was Dick Alt with a vision of paving the way in real estate by building relationships as well as connecting families, investors, and companies all over Columbus.
Family-owned for two generations, his son Stratton Alt is leading the brokerage. Alt Company, Realtors Office is centrally located in historic Clintonville. The iconic Tudor style house located at 3637 N. High Street had been home to both in the past.
